You have a book coming out soon called Girl Boss, what advice would you give to all of the future female bosses?
Sophia: You can’t lose sight of the success you want, and you have to stay up to date on media. You also have to realize what works and what does not work and be willing to change it. We’ve always been a very visual brand, we use Instagram and twitter heavily. The nature of any visual platform lends itself to brands.
