Inside The Collection By e Drop-Off

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of visiting The Collection, the latest it spot for designer goods curated by e Drop-Off and founder Corri McFadden. The store is just as luxurious as the items inside, with a large crystal chandelier and oversize purple velvet chair. Finding something you want to take home isn’t hard…with every turn there is a new Chanel bag or Alexander McQueen clutch staring you down basically screaming “BUY ME!” Here are my favorite things at the shop.

Alice + Olivia Comes to Michigan Avenue

Calling all fashionistas! Alice + Olivia just opened a brand new store on Michigan Avenue. As a long time Alice + Olivia fan, I am particularly excited about this. This is their 13th store in the US, and the 1,000 sq. ft. store has officially opened its doors today. The new boutique is adorned with a mural on the celling, original artwork designed by Stacey Bendet, brass fixtures and vintage furniture – a juxtaposition of Mid-century meets opulent finishes with strategically placed pops of color! With neighbors like Louis Vuitton, Chanel. and Gucci, they are definitely in good company. Have you checked out their playful, new boutique yet?

Von Z was founded by Chicago designer Jenna Zielbauer and her husband Patrick Zielbauer last year. Right in the heart of Bucktown, Von Z has stood out among all the amazing shopping due to its curated selection and attainable items. On Von Z’s website, it states: “Looking good does not have to break the bank and it certainly doesn’t necessitate wearing only big name brands found at major department stores.” I could not agree more.
Von Z is currently running an Instagram contest. All you have to do is snap a picture, tag it with #SPRINGFORVONZ, and you are entered to win a $100 in their store. What could be better than that?
