Jimmy Choo had me temporarily hypnotized when I first laid eyes upon this bag. His bags and shoes have a fun, but polished esthetic that we could all use a little more of in our wardrobe. Choo decided it was about time to release a capsule collection based off of their Rodeo Drive store, and it embodies LA hype. Based off of his original plastic flap clutch, a big pair of red lips are now splashed across the front for an added punch. If this isn’t your new going out essential, I am at a loss for words.

BaubleBar has officially won over my heart. Show off your homegrown pride with this chic necklace, which features a simple and streamlined state-shaped pendant. Too cute to pass up, I would layer this dainty piece with some thicker chains and keep it simple with a solid color. Originality is key for me, and this piece has it all.
BaubleBar, $42.00.

December 2013
My jewelry collection is chock full of a range of pieces: long statement necklaces, colorful bangles, and a variety of rings. But, one of my accessory staples, is a thick gold chain that hangs just below my collarbone. It looks great with a black dress, or thrown on top of a t-shirt. A simple chain packs a lot of punch, with minimal effort, but will not take attention away from your killer outfit. I found a version that I love from Dope Couture, in bracelet form. You will definitely see this slung around my wrist at some point this winter.
