My Week in Instagram Pictures: New York
It’s my first post of the New Year! So…Happy New Year you fashionable bitches! Hope you had fun, and looked fabulous.
This past week, I had the pleasure of spending some time in New York with my family. Along with eating plate after plate at amazing restaurants, I got to see the city decked out for Christmas. While I love Chicago, we really need to step up our game when it comes to Christmas decorations. Unfortunitly, it was snowing, so I did not get to do any street style. One of the things I enjoyed most about the city, and have noticed on trips there in the past, is the fashion. The men and women of New York dress in a way that stands out. While running around in Chicago, I often see women in sweatpants, Uggs, and full make up. If you have enough time to do your make up, you have enough time to put on a decent outfit. In New York, this would never fly. So, people of Chicago, take a lesson from New York residents, and start dressing like you truly should.
The high light of my trip, boils down to a trip to Harry Winston with my Father. I have been a long time fan of the jewelery house, and was in sheer awe of the wonders that awaited me. I can’t wait to get some of my own HW in the future.
